7. Work in groups of three. You are holding a meeting to discuss ways of improving staff efficiency. Use the agenda below or create one for your company. Discuss your ideas and try to reach a decision on each item on the agenda.

Student A: You are chairing the meeting. Manage the discussion and make sure everybody keeps to the agenda.
