Discussion: What time do you start work? Do you have a daily schedule? How do you organize your day? Do you use any tools to organize youself more easily?
What is Time Management?
Time management means planning your time to do your work or tasks in the best way. Good time management helps you work better and reduces stress. When you manage your time well, you can finish your tasks on time and have more time to relax.
Key Ideas of Time Management:
- Schedule: A schedule is a plan of what to do and when to do it. It helps you know what you will do during the day.
- Example: “I make a schedule every morning to organize my work.”
- To-Do List: This is a list of things you need to do. You write down all your tasks, and then you complete them one by one.
- Example: “I write a to-do list to remember all my tasks.”
- Deadline: A deadline is the last day or time you must finish something.
- Example: “The deadline for the project is Friday.”
- Prioritize: This means deciding which tasks are the most important and doing them first.
- Example: “I prioritize my most important tasks.”
