What are Office Tools?

  • Office tools are things we use to do our work in the office.
  • They make our jobs easier.
  • We need them to write, cut, or talk to people.

Important Office Tools:

  1. Pen:

  2. Keyboard:
    • A keyboard is used to type words on a computer.

    • A stapler is used to join papers together.

  4. Mouse:
    • A mouse helps us move the pointer on the computer screen.
    • Example: “I click with the mouse.”

    • We use a phone to call and talk to people.
